Looking for an affordable getaway with style & comfort? This is a great 1 bed/1 bath condo that fits anyones budget. With a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full size sofa sleeper & 2 floor mats, your small family will enjoy all that Sports Village Resort has to offer. We've also recently updated the walls & painted them to a neutral grey (pewter grey). It looks AMAZING! It is also VERY close to the Clubhouse where are the pools/amenities are for you to enjoy. Do you need a place to work remotely too? We've got a small desk set up and ready to be used....if not - use it for your keys! Haha
This condo is on the top floor. No elevators - just walking.Â

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours of Arrival Day there is NO REFUND available. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. This includes all crisis or personal reasons. This also includes last-minute reservations, those made within a week (7 days) of travel dates.
