Close to all the amenities is where you will find this condo. Located in Building 4 on the ground floor at the famous Las Palmas Resort. In this comfortable master bedroom a KING bed, a walk-in shower/private en suite AND a beautiful view of the valley. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed and the 3rd bedroom has a TWIN over FULL (Bunk). We have 2 additional twin size rollaway beds with linens provided. If you are traveling with young children, older parents or with someone who needs a handicap accessible rental - this is a great choice. No stairs, no elevators AND the walk-in shower is large & accommodating.
Come hydrate on our free Vitamin D and fresh air. These are the basic necessities we all need on vacation!

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours of Arrival Day there is NO REFUND available. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. This includes all crisis or personal reasons. This also includes last-minute reservations, those made within a week (7 days) of travel dates.

Deposit Policy
There is a 50% reservation deposit required to make the reservation unless the reservation is <14 days prior to arrival than the full reservation amount is required to make the reservation.
