If you are wanting a tranquil, peaceful setting, then you must come stay in this completely redecorated, beach inspired, 4-bedroom condo, where the beach meets the sand of the desirable Las Palmas Resort. The vaulted ceilings, fireplace and open floor plan lean toward a relaxing family gathering place. Enjoy the private views of the beautiful red canyons from the 3rd floor patio, access to the famous Green Valley Clubhouse, several pools, gym, playgrounds, basketball/pickle ball courts, pool tables, and table tennis.
The condo offers a KING bed in the master bedroom with a private en suite. Bedroom 2 has 2 TWIN beds with a bathroom next door. Bedroom 3 has a QUEEN bed and a shared bathroom with bedroom 4 which has 2 FULL beds + a TWIN trundle (Bunk beds). All bedrooms have TV's and streaming capability. Need another queen bed? No problem! When needed, a custom designed queen wall bed found in the great room, dedicates another comfortable sleeping area. It all adds up to beds for 10-13 people. All bedrooms have new mattresses and bedding for a fresh comfortable sleep.
The Great Room exudes comfort with a gas fireplace, 70” Smart TV. Snuggle into a brand new comfortable sectional that all come together to create a great gathering place for games, movies or just relaxing. If you feel like celebrating with a big family dinner, then you will love the large 72” dining table and adjacent bar that seat up to 14+ people comfortably. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, utensils, cooking essentials and appliances.
Feel like celebrating with a BBQ? Then you will love the new grill on your own private patio, or maybe you just want to enjoy the peaceful setting as you sit and take in the view of the beautiful red desert canyons.
With any rental at Las Palmas, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools. An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include:

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours of Arrival Day there is NO REFUND available. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. This includes all crisis or personal reasons. This also includes last-minute reservations, those made within a week (7 days) of travel dates.

There is a 50% reservation deposit required to make the reservation unless the reservation is <14 days prior to arrival than the full reservation amount is required to make the reservation.

This is an awesome condo for family time. The kitchen is very well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals with the provided appliances and utensils. It was very cold the week we stayed so it was nice to have passes to the indoor pool, fitness center, foosball, pool, ping-pong, etc. Super fun!! The outdoor pool next to the indoor pool was heated and the kids enjoyed the slides. You do have to drive to the activities center from building 20 when it is cold outside, but in the summer, it would be a nice walk. Lots of space in this condo to spread out, cozy beds, fireplaces, LARGE dining table!! It's on the 3rd floor, so no noise from neighbors! It was an awesome trip.
