The master bedroom has a KING bed with a beautiful private en-suite (walk-in shower). The 2nd Bedroom has 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 Twin. The full size bathroom is across the small hallway from Bedroom 2. An open floor plan, ground floor, end unit, enclosed patio .... just let yourself relax because you just found the perfect condo!
With this Condo Rental, we have included a complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools. Amenities Include:

Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours of Arrival Day there is NO REFUND available. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. This includes all crisis or personal reasons. This also includes last-minute reservations, those made within a week (7 days) of travel dates.

Deposit Policy
There is a 50% reservation deposit required to make the reservation unless the reservation is <14 days prior to arrival than the full reservation amount is required to make the reservation.
