The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances and all other necessary utensils needed to create your favorite family meal, making your stay with us all the better. In the living room there is a cozy couch, deep set arm chair and a TV for you to relax and enjoy after a day full of fun activities.
From the stylish master bedroom the sliding glass doors lead you to a quaint enclosed patio that provides much needed shade in the summer sun. The small futon on the patio can provide extra bedding as well or a quaint place to relax and enjoy the breeze.
The large bathroom has double sinks and a garden tub which adds to that extra little bit of relaxation you deserve with a vacation.

With this Condo Rental, we have included a limited complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools (formerly the Green Valley Clubhouse). An additional $5/per person fee applies to anyone beyond the condo membership limit. Amenities Include:

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours of Arrival Day there is NO REFUND available. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. This includes all crisis or personal reasons. This also includes last-minute reservations, those made within a week (7 days) of travel dates.

Deposit Policy
There is a 50% reservation deposit required to make the reservation unless the reservation is <14 days prior to arrival than the full reservation amount is required to make the reservation.
