Are you looking for a place to stay that is close to the pool and play ground, provides a great view, and meets the need of your family? Then this is the condo for you! You will thoroughly enjoy this 3rd floor condo at Las Palmas that allows you to be shielded from the noise of other rooms and guests. The vaulted ceilings, modern appliances, comfortable furniture will welcome you to feel right at home. We have a KING in the master bedroom and 2 FULL beds (bunks) in bedroom 2. There is a sofa sleeper as well in the living room.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours of Arrival Day there is NO REFUND available. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. This includes all crisis or personal reasons. This also includes last-minute reservations, those made within a week (7 days) of travel dates.

Deposit Policy
There is a 50% reservation deposit required to make the reservation unless the reservation is <14 days prior to arrival than the full reservation amount is required to make the reservation.

This place was perfect for my family. Beds were very comfortable (except the pullout sofa but I don’t think a comfortable pull out sofa exists). Would definitely book again.
