The open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen is ready for any cooking you desire on your vacation. Take in the beautiful view of the vast mountain ranges and the spectacular sunsets while lounging on the patio. Our contemporary condo, comfortably sleeps 6 in beds. 1 KING, 1QUEEN, 2TWIN - with the option to sleep an additional 2 on the queen sofa sleeper.
With this Condo Rental, we have included a complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools. Amenities Include:

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours of Arrival Day there is NO REFUND available. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. This includes all crisis or personal reasons. This also includes last-minute reservations, those made within a week (7 days) of travel dates.

Deposit Policy
There is a 50% reservation deposit required to make the reservation unless the reservation is <14 days prior to arrival than the full reservation amount is required to make the reservation.
