You will be surprised by this open concept floor plan! Our 1 bed/1 bath condo is the largest of them all at the Las Palmas Resort. Whether you are a couple or a small family - come enjoy your stay with us!
Who knew a 1 BD / 1 BA could ever feel so big! This condo feels open & inviting with all the windows and enclosed porch. You will instantly feel relaxed and on vacation as you open these doors. A fully stocked kitchen, full-size washer/dryer, comfortable furnishings & access to the many pools are just a few of the great features that you will enjoy in this beautiful condo. We have a great KING bed, also, the sofa can be pushed together to make an extra bed. There is a twin-size rollaway bed as well as 2 foldable mats to sleep on.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to forfeiture of full security deposit of $200 or flat 20 percent of total rental price, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival is subject to 50% penalty. Cancellation within 72 hours of Arrival Day there is NO REFUND available. No-shows, late arrival and early departures are charged the entire amount for the reserved stay. This includes all crisis or personal reasons. This also includes last-minute reservations, those made within a week (7 days) of travel dates.

Deposit Policy
There is a 50% reservation deposit required to make the reservation unless the reservation is <14 days prior to arrival than the full reservation amount is required to make the reservation.

"Loved It"
Loved the condo, well kept and easy access. Great location.

Condo is even prettier than the pictures. It is very clean. The complex is huge but the condo location evokes a real sense of privacy. We loved the patio. Sectional sofa is off the charts comfy. It’s minutes from I-15 with a short drive to beautiful Snow Canyon. Check in is a breeze. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
