Choose a Condo
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds. It sleeps 6 comfortable with the option of 2 more on an air mattress (must request in advance for this option).
Our master bedroom has a queen bed, large flat screen TV & private en suite. The garden tub is inviting and relaxing after a long day playing in the beautiful, surrounding areas. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and with the 3rd bedroom across the hall - 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV. Bring along your favorite movies to catch up on as you escape the pulls of the world.
The kitchen is WELL stocked with all the essentials and extra things needed to help you whip up your favorite family meal. The brand new, black appliances will make cooking in (instead of eating out) and enjoyable experience. You can cook and still enjoy the company of your family/friends with the open floor plan that provides enough seating for your entire crew.
Right across the way from the living room there is a sliding door that leads to the spacious outdoor patio with outdoor seating a backyard and a BBQ. A perfect place to have a picnic or play family games together while enjoying the beautiful views of Saint George!
In each bedroom and bathroom there are fresh clean linens, an ample amount of towels, soaps/shampoos, and fully stocked paper products for your convenience and use. There is also a washer and dryer provided to help lighten the load you have to bring from home.

With a fully furnished kitchen: major appliances, cook ware, and all other accessories that you will need provided, it will be easy to whip up those favorite family meals making eating in an enjoyable experience. There is a dining table that seats 6. However, if you prefer to eat outside we have that too ! There is an outdoor dining table and seats on the very spacious patio. This is a great place to relax, enjoy the view, dine, or play your favorite family board games.
The beautiful decor and warm feeling of each bedroom is inviting and relaxing. Our Master bedroom features a Kind size bed, a flat screen TV, a beautiful view of the Saint George mountains, private access to the patio,and has its own private bathroom make it the Master en Suite. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a twin. There is a TV in both of them and a shared bathroom in close distance to both of them.

Second room has the continued feel of the southwest conveyed in the bed dressings and artwork. This room contains a Queen size bed, in a geometric print in the shades of rust, red dark purple, custard and sage. The streamline furniture, give the space a modern undertone. As you enter you will see that the living room and dining area share the same space. The living room to the right, is a lovely plush charcoal gray, wide corduroy sectional, and a cream and navy checked arm chair. Across from the sofa is a 55" flat screen. The dining area is directly to the left of the room. Behind the dining table is the open kitchen possessing ample cabinet space to store groceries. Stainless appliances and an electric stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and other essentials that you will need to whip up your favorite family meals, making eating in an enjoyable experinece.
The opposite end of the kitchen leads to the two bedrooms and bathrooms. To the right is the master bed and bathroom. The room hosts a queen size bed. Also, a sliding glass screen door that opens to the main patio. To the right side of the hall is the entrance to the master bathroom. It is comprised of two sinks and garden tub. Across the hall is the second bedroom housing two queen size beds trimmed in blue/gray contemporary print. In this room there is also a second (private) bathroom decorated in the same manner as the master bath. On the far end of this bedroom is a private deck - with a view of the front of the building & grass areas.
Each bedroom is lined with fresh clean linens and both bathrooms are fully equipped with paper products, soaps/shampoos, and towels. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your use and convenience.
The main back deck is almost always shaded by one of the larger trees in a small courtyard. This particular location is within a short reach of the lap/adult only pool & hot tub areas located on the grounds. This condo expresses a modern serene feel in every room.

Your group will enjoy this cozy 1,200 square foot condo (located in Building Q) with comfortable furniture, clean appliances, beautiful decor and furnishings. It features two large bedrooms and two baths. The Master Suite has a high-end king bedroom set complete with flat screen TV and a large bathroom. There is also a private entry to the patio from the Master Suite that allows a "getaway" at any time. The second bedroom has a double/double bunk bed as well with a twin bed. There is also a queen size murphy bed/wall bed in the living room. This unit will comfortably sleep 9 in beds.
This condo has a fully operational kitchen with nice appliances, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator , and at galnce it features fabulous views of the valley through oversized windows. An open floor plan with a dining area and family room with modern leather furniture makes a great environment for everyone. Our condo is 2 bed / 2 bath with a King in the Master and 2 Queen in the 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom has a private en suite and the 2nd full bath is in the hall. A queen size sofa sleeper for an extra 1 or 2 small kids...makes this a great place for a small family or 2 couples. Each bedroom has its own SMART TV as well as bedroom 2 has a gaming system.
A quick walk across the parking lot and you will be at the Clubhouse where there is a fantastic family pool, pool table, ping pong, basketball, etc. for all the family to enjoy. Adults 18+ can enjoy the large adult only pool as well.

As you enter to the immediate right are double doors that open to one of the bedrooms. To the left, is the open living room with an off white sectional, fawn leather sofa, and brick red leather rocker and ottoman. Your eye cannot help but be taken in by the vibrant “Fatali” photos giving the room its focal point above the fireplace. To the left of the fireplace is a 51" inch flat screen with Blue-Ray. The living room possess an over all feeling of bringing the beauty of the red desert into the living space.
The spacious dining area connects to the living room. Mocha faux leather chairs seat eight at the table. Tucked to the right is the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, an electric stove and all other utensils that you will need to create your favorite family meals.
From the kitchen and to the left the tiled corridor leads to the sleeping quarters. To the left side of the hall behind screen doors, is where the full size washer and dryer are kept for your use an convenience. The hallway T’s off, down the right, the first door on the left is one of the bathrooms. The second door on the left is a second bedroom with two sets of Cherry wood bunk beds. All four mattresses are twin size, fashioned in white and light green. To the right is another entrance to the first bedroom that one is acquainted with on first entry of the condo. This room has a queen bed dressed with a modern flair in colors of red, gray and black and a thirty-two ’inch tube TV with DVD.
Down the hall is the second bathroom with a garden tub. Both bathrooms are adorned in a contemporary style in colors of white, black and gray. The master bedroom occupies the end of the hall. With dark wood sleek, streamline furniture and more eye catching, vibrant colored photos of the Utah desert. The king size bed is attired in shades of navy, silver and black it also has access to back yard and a twenty-one inch flat screen in the room.
The back porch facing east has plenty of seating for a very large party. A definite perk of this particular location is that it provides a fantastic view of the city below and mountains in the distance.
