The 14th annual Neil Simon Festival season of outstanding theater will feature some of the most popular – and a few lesser known – works of the famous playwright. The shows play from July 11 – August 13 in Cedar City, an easy 50-mile drive north of St. George on the I-15 freeway.
This year’s playbill includes Brighton Beach Memoirs and London Suite, two of Simon’s funniest and best known works; On Golden Pond by Ernest Thompson; and, Hank Williams: Lost Highway by Randal Myler and Mark Harelik. This season will kick off with a Preview Night Benefit Show on July 5 showing off the extraordinary talents of our cast and giving the audience a taste of the great performances to come each Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of the 14th festival season. You can also enjoy a one-night only new play reading on July 29 and Fireside in Zarahemla, a delightful Sunday night variety show, on July 17, 24, 31 and August 7, featuring singers, bands and the spoken word (rated G).
